Introductory Package (one time package) $99If you are new to personal training, this package is for you. You will receive an initial consultation and fitness assessment during which we will discuss where you are, evaluate your current levels, and talk about where you want to go with your fitness goals. You then receive two one-hour appointments to start you on an exercise program developed specifically for you.
Not available for kickboxing.

36 Sessions $44/Session $1584If you are ready to work out with a trainer on a consistent basis, this is your package.
“I workout, but I need some motivation or variation.”
24 Sessions $48/session $1152If you already work out but want some help with variety or additional guidance, this package will meet your needs. This package is good for people who work out at home or who are comfortable working out at their own gyms.
“I’m comfortable with my workout, but I need a challenge and/or some accountability!”
Twelve Sessions $52/session $624If you want input on how to advance your program, this program offers you a check in with your trainer once a week to insure that you are continuing to challenge yourself.
